We're excited to share that earlier this year we filed our first live client VAT return directly to SARS from the Xero platform.

This marked the first time any Xero accounting partner has used this new feature for a live filing! ‍

It's so simple to use and the ability to submit the return with just a click of a button, shows how technology can be a game-changer for tax. Our old process had many manual steps, so it's great to now have one seamless workflow for VAT. ‍

Being able to create, store and then file VAT returns all from one platform is going to save us so many hours and will make tax compliance way less admin intensive!
